1. All payments are to be received a minimum of a week before the allotted session(s) scheduled unless the service agreed is booked within a week of operation. In this instance, payments must be made immediately to avoid any delay or disappointment.
2. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required at all times for cancellations or change of appointment.
3. Cancellations or alterations to bookings within 48hrs of a session booking will incur a 30 pound cancellation and admin fee.
4. Bookings cancelled on the same day will incur a forfeit of the agreed session
5. All bookings will take place online via Facetime or Skype as agreed by both parties unless an arrangement has been made prior to the appointment to work within the studio or at your home.
6. Please note a minimum of 10 pound travel surcharge will be added to the session if the session takes place at your home.
7. All clients are required to be ready for their session a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session start time. This is to ensure that any online technical issues are resolved quickly so that time is not wasted resolving technical issues.
Operating within a strict data sensitive and highly professional service, client records and information are stored electronically. No one other than Michael Davies-Eyre and the client will have access to such information unless instructed by the client.
Full DBS clearing has been approved for working with individuals under 16 years of age and proof of clearing may be requested.
